Homes for sale or rent

We are a self-built and self-managed community association of 19 single family homes and a 20th "common house" for shared meals, meetings, community events and private events.  We don't have garages but we each have a porch along the walkway.  Our kitchen windows look out to our front porches and the sidewalk paths.  The drive-able "greenway" road is used more often for play and happy hours than the occasional vehicle traffic.
